Scope. This Cookie Policy describes cookies set by the Declare AI LTI tool at app.declareai.co.uk during LMS-launched sessions. The Declare AI marketing website at declareai.co.uk sets no cookies and uses no analytics.

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies Declare AI uses on declareai.co.uk and within the Declare AI application, what they do, how long they last, and how you can manage your preferences. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

If you consent, Declare AI uses a privacy-respecting analytics tool (PostHog) to understand how people use the website and the application in aggregate. We do not track individuals. All analytics events are aggregate-only by design; we never record events tied to a specific user identifier.

If you do not consent to analytics cookies, the website and the application work exactly the same way. We simply do not collect aggregate usage statistics from your visit.
